We want your order to arrive as described. Returns are accepted only in specific situations, as outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery only if:
- The item received is damaged, or
- The item received is incorrect
Books delivered correctly and matching the listed condition are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@textbookcart.com within 15 days of delivery
- Include:

- A brief description of the issue
- Supporting photos (if applicable)
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
If the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping instructions will be provided accordingly.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Original packaging should be included where applicable
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing begins after the returned item is received and inspected
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used textbooks delivered in the condition described
- Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)
